Our advanced 600mm × 800mm CNC vinyl cutting machine (also widely known as the CNC sticker cutting machine) is an industrial-grade digital cutter engineered for precise die-free production of custom vinyl decals, adhesive stickers, labels, and packaging prototypes. Designed for both quick-turnaround printing shops and industrial processing lines, this system seamlessly integrates kiss-cutting, oscillating knife cutting, creasing, and automatic sheet feeding options into one compact station.
Equipped with a high-resolution Small CCD Vision Camera System, the machine automatically scans printed registration marks and compensates for material stretching, distortion, or feeding skew in real time. This ensures ultra-accurate print-to-cut contour alignment along intricate graphics without fraying, scorching, or yellowing edges—offering a clean, cold-cutting alternative to traditional die-punching and thermal laser cutters.
Powered by high-torque Delta servo drives, linear guide rails, and an aluminum vacuum adsorption platform, the ZXZ-A6080 series achieves cutting speeds up to 1500mm/s with positioning repeatability within 0.05mm. Available in standard ZXZ-P6080AF (<2mm thickness) and heavy-duty ZXZ-A6080Pro (<5mm thickness) models to meet diverse media demands.
Integrated optical CCD camera automatically detects printed mark points, enabling flawless contour cutting for printed stickers, decals, and labels.
Supports delicate depth-controlled kiss cutting for top vinyl adhesive layers, alongside high-frequency oscillating knife full cuts for thick boards.
Automated conveyor belt feeding combined with an aluminum bellows vacuum adsorption table ensures continuous loading and firm material hold-down.
Projects a visible red laser preview onto the material surface prior to processing, preventing graphic misplacement and material waste.
Smart electrical system performs automatic circuit scans upon start-up and pushes error codes directly to the interface for quick troubleshooting.
CO2 shielded welded heavy machine body subjected to secondary vibration aging treatment to prevent mechanical deformation over long-term use.
